1. Approve Changes in the List of military positions of the State Border Service of Ukraine which in peace time can be replaced by civilians on the terms of the terminal employment contract, No. approved by the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of August 08, 2011 572, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2011 for No. 1026/19764 (in edition of the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of March 12, 2012 No. 167) which are applied.

2. To department of forming of policy for authorities and monitoring under control to the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
