Chapter 15 to add 1) with Article 15.42 of the following content:

"Article 15.42. Violation by the accredited organization for management of the rights on collective basis of requirements of the legislation on copyright and the related rights concerning disclosure of annual accounting (financial) accounts

1. Not disclosure by the accredited organization for management of the rights on collective basis of annual accounting (financial) accounts together with audit opinion about it according to the procedure and (or) the terms established by the legislation on copyright and the related rights -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on legal entities at the rate from hundred thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.

2. Not disclosure by the accredited organization for management of the rights on collective basis of annual accounting (financial) accounts of the fund created by such organization and the affiliated organizations created by it together with audit opinion about it according to the procedure and (or) the terms established by the legislation on copyright and the related rights -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on legal entities at the rate from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.";

2) part 1 of Article 23.1 after the words "15:36 (except for the administrative offenses made by credit institution)" to add with words "Article 15. 42,";

Part 2 of Article 28.3 to add 3) with Item 107 of the following content:

"107) officials of the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of copyright and the related rights - about administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 15.42 of this Code.".

This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
