Part 1.1 of Article 19 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1.1. For the purpose of execution of the requirement about repatriation of foreign currency and currency of the Russian Federation in agreements (contracts) signed between residents and nonresidents when implementing foreign trade activity completion dates shall be specified by the parties of agreement obligations (contracts).

When implementing foreign trade activity residents shall provide to authorized banks information:

1) about dates of receipt from nonresidents into the accounts in authorized banks of foreign currency and (or) currency of the Russian Federation for obligation fulfillment according to agreements in foreign trade (contracts) by transfer to nonresidents of goods, accomplishment for them of works, rendering to them services, transfer to them of information and results of intellectual activities, including exclusive rights on them, in accordance with the terms of agreements in foreign trade (contracts);
