According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to Articles 50, of 55, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About institutes of joint investment", to the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market", to the Law of Ukraine of March 23, 2017 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 1982-VIII:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for placement, the address and redemption of securities of institute of joint investment approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 30, 2013 No. 1338, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 28, 2013 at No. 1475/24007 (with changes) (further - the Provision), the following changes:

Item 3 of the Section I to exclude 1);

2) in the Section V:

in Item 3 of the word "also it is certified by common seals on asset management and the keeper (in case of the conclusion of the service agreement of assets _æ _)" to exclude;

in item 4:

in paragraph four of the word "and certified by common seal on asset management" to exclude;

in paragraph five "seal" shall be replaced with words the word "authorized signature";
