Bring in the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 22, 2017 No. 187 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 29, the Art. 847), changes which are applied.

1. To state the subitem 4 of Item 3 in the following edition:
"4) obligation of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy to deliver natural gas on conditions and according to the procedure which are determined by this Provision:
to producers of heat energy for production of heat energy for all categories of consumers (physical persons or legal entities which use heat energy based on the agreement);
to producers of heat energy which are financed by respectively government budget or the local budget using natural gas for the purpose of the hot water supply and heating of rooms of dwelling stock and hostels belonging to them on the property right or on other corporeal rights;
