About modification of procedures of establishment of rates for services in centralized heating and centralized supply of hot water

According to article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities", to articles 6 and 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation in the field of utilities" to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities decides:

1. Bring in Procedures of establishment of rates for the services in centralized heating and centralized hot water service approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, of March 31, 2016 No. 529, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 20, 2016 for No. 992/29122, such changes:

1) in the Section II:

in Item 2.2:

state subitem 12 in the following edition:

"12) calculation of other expenses of subscription service, calculation of expenses on acquisition of water on service in centralized hot water service, calculation of expenses on services of bank and other organizations for acceptance and money transfer of consumers;";

add with the new subitem of the following content:

"13) the protocol of open discussion (open hearing) on places of question of need of price fixation (rates)/changes in them according to Procedure for carrying out open discussion of drafts of decisions of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, the approved resolution of NKREKP of June 30, 2017 No. 866.";

in Item 2.3 after figure "8" to add with the word and figures "and 13";

Appendices 6-8 to Procedures to be reworded as follows 2) which are applied;

And signs "M.P. (in the presence) "exclude 3) in appendices 1-5 to Procedures of the word.
