About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of refugees

For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About refugees", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the Constitutional law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of samples of forms of the certificate of the refugee, the registration certificate of the petition for the status of the refugee" of November 6, 2002 No. 740 the following changes:

- in Item 1:

to state sample of the form of the certificate of the refugee in the Kyrgyz Republic in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

to state sample of the form of the registration certificate of the petition in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

to state the description of forms of the certificate of the refugee, the registration certificate of the petition for the status of the refugee in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

- in Item 3 of the word to "The state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment" shall be replaced with words to "Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on work with refugees in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 4, 2003 No. 188 the following changes:

- To state regulations on work with refugees in edition according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

- to state appendix 1 to the Regulations on work with refugees according to appendix 5 to this resolution;
