About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assistance of employment of the population"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assistance of employment of the population" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015, No. 7, the Art. 1017) the following changes:

Item 6 of Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6) active measures of assistance of employment - the measures of the state support of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from among the unemployed and the population which is looking for work performed by authorized state body according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;";

2) in Article 4:

4) in Article 6:

a) in all text of Article of the word "authorized state bodies" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body" in the corresponding cases;

b) 2 parts 1 after the words "pension is granted" to add Item with the words "on age";

5) in Article 8:
