About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of bank

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for submission of data on structure of property of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine bank decide:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 21, 2015 No. 328 (with changes) which are attached.

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Rozhkova K. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

Changes in Regulations on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of bank

1. In the Section I:

Item 5 to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The National Bank has the right to recognize structure of property of bank opaque in case of impossibility to establish persons/persons who it performs (ют) considerable influence on management or activities of bank.";
