About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-material cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-material cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2012, No. 7, the Art. 2774) the following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) paragraph two after the word "customs" to add with the words "traditional games, national sports";
b) add Article with paragraphs the twenty third and twenty fourth the following content:
"traditional games - the games in the form of competitive activities which are historically created on the basis of national traditions, considering cultural, social and cultural wealth of the Kyrgyz people;
national sport - the sport which historically developed and created as component of culture of the Kyrgyz people, used by society for the purpose of harmonious development of the person, strengthening of his health and enhancement of its physical activity.";
2) in Article 3:
a) add part 2 with Item 8 of the following content:
"8) traditional games, national sports.";
b) add Article with part 3 following of content:
"3. The legal basis of functioning and development of national sports in the Kyrgyz Republic is regulated by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About national sports".".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
