About modification of the Regulations on the State agency of highways of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the State agency of highways of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 439 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 75, the Art. 2128), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State agency of highways of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

The word of Ministry of Internal Affairs shall be replaced with words 1) in subitems 9 and 24 "National police";

The word of "militia" to replace 2) in subitem 12 with the word of "police";

"The relevant division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" shall be replaced with words 3) in subitem 22 of the word "the relevant state bodies on traffic safety".

2. In the subitem 2 of Item 5 of the word "creates personnel reserve to the corresponding positions" to exclude.

3. State Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. Ukravtodor is headed by the Chairman who is appointed to position and is dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the offer of the Commission on questions of the highest case of public service.".

4. In Item 10:
