1. Bring in the Procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or disability of some categories of persons according to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection", No. 336 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2016 "Some questions of social protection of veterans of war and members of their families" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 42, Art. 1575; 2017, No. 38, the Art. 1204), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that operation of this resolution does not extend to persons concerning whom before entry into force of this resolution the decision on appointment and payment to them of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or disability of some categories of persons according to the Law of Ukraine "On the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" is made.
