Make change to Item 3 of the Procedure and conditions of payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), injury or wound, disease or disability of faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2007 No. 908 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 52, the Art. 2110, 2013, No. 41, the Art. 1477, No. 68, Art. 2477; 2015, No. 68, the Art. 2236), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:

"If to face of the private or the commanding structure within two years after primary establishment of disability or extent of disability without establishment of disability in case of repeated survey it is established according to the solution of medico-social commission of experts the highest group or other reason of disability or bigger percent of disability which grants to it the right to one-time money allowance in bigger size, payment is made taking into account earlier paid amount.".
