1. Take into consideration that the following conditions of provision of long-term soft mortgage loans are established (further - mortgage loan) according to the procedure of and at the expense of the means provided by resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 21, 2016 No. PP-2639 "About the Program for construction of available apartment houses for updated standard projects in the rural zone for 2017 - 2021" and of November 22, 2016 No. PP-2660 "About measures for program implementation for construction and reconstruction of available apartment houses in the cities for 2017 - 2020" (further - programs);

for construction and reconstruction of available apartment houses in the cities - for a period of 20 years, including 3-year grace period, with interest rate in the amount of 7 annual interest rates within the first 5 years and in the amount of refunding rate of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in subsequent period, with the initial contribution in the amount of 25 percent from apartment cost;
