1. Take into consideration that the Center of ensuring information security of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan is transformed to the Center of information security and assistance in ensuring public order of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Center).

2. Determine the main objectives and activities of the Center:

collection, the analysis and accumulating of data on modern threats of information security, development of recommendations and offers on operational acceptance effective organizational and the software and hardware solutions providing prevention of acts of illegal penetration into information systems, resources and databases of state bodies;

coordination of activities of state bodies and other organizations for prevention of offenses in the field of use of information and communication technologies;

interaction with operators and providers of networks of telecommunications, law enforcement agencies within carrying out the analysis, identification of the violators, methods and means used when implementing unauthorized or destructive actions in information space;

carrying out certification of objects of informatization according to the current legislation;
