identity certificate of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004 (plastic card);

the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1994 without the completed foreign page;

the certificate of birth (for the children who did not reach age of 16 years) with indication of belonging to nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic;

national passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004 (ID card).
