1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning development, approval and change of investing programs in the field of heat supply, water supply and water disposal.

2. Determine that in 2017 the authorized body of the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation or local government body (in case of investment of local government body with powers on approval of investing programs) makes till December 1 of the current year the decision on approval of the changes made to investing program or on refusal in approval of corresponding changes.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
