About entering of amendments into the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 158 of December 23, 2016 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2017"
For the purpose of refining of procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget according to the changes brought in budget classification and in some legislative and regulations, which became effective in 2017 I ORDER:
In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 158 of December 23, 2016. "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2017" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 478-490/2226), to make the following changes and additions.
1. Chapter 3 "Main changes in administration of the income of the budgets constituting the national public budget in 2017":
1.1. In Item 3.3 to state the ECO 114535 code in the following edition:
"-the ECO 114535 code - Payments for environmental pollution, in limits / with exceeding of the established standard rates."
- The line item "Other payments for environmental pollution" to replace "ECO 114535 code" with "ECO 114536 code".
2. In Chapter 6 "Receipts in local budgets" to exclude Items 6.11 and 6.12.
3. In appendix No. 2 "The qualifier of economic codes of receipts of district budgets, budgets мун. Chisinau and Belts, central budget of ATO Gagauzia and local budgets":
