Bring in the Procedure for carrying out competitive candidate screen to position of the independent member of the supervisory board of the state unitary enterprise and their appointment, and also carrying out competitive candidate screen to position of the independent member of the supervisory board of economic society in whose authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state which are offered by the subject of management of objects of state-owned property before election to position of independent members of the supervisory board, No. 142 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 "Some questions of management of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 686, No. 57, the Art. 1697, No. 67, the Art. 2000), changes which are applied.
