1. Approve Regulations on procedure of foreign investments by acquisition in property by nonresidents of bonds of internal state loans it (is applied).

2. To submit to the director of the department of national debt management Pakhachuk G. D. in the procedure established by the legislation this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to management of interaction with the public and mass media publication of this order in mass media.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Shapovalov A. V.
