According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines", and for the purpose of enhancement of state registration (re-registration) of medicines I order to the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 376,:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for consideration of registration materials on medicines which move on state registration (re-registration), and materials about modification of registration materials throughout action of the registration certificate on the medicines registered by competent authorities of the United States of America, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, Canada, medicines which according to the centralized procedure are registered by competent authority of the European Union, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 17, 2016 1245, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 14, 2016 at No. 1619/29749, which are applied.

2. To management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products (Lyaskovsky T. M.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Ilik R. R.
