About modification of the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding

According to part one of Article 8 and the paragraph of part one of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" I order the second:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 5, 2016 No. 2432/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016 at No. 1126/29256, the following changes:

in the Section X:

to add Item 2 paragraph two after the words "Unified Register of Debtors" with the words "and debtors on enforcement proceedings about collection of periodical payments (alimony) in the presence of debt on the corresponding payments more than three months";

add Item 5 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Information concerning debtors on enforcement proceedings about collection of periodical payments (alimony) which were registered in the Unified state register of enforcement proceedings is reflected in the Unified register of debtors after their transfer in System on condition of introduction by the contractor of data on availability of debt on the corresponding payments more than three months.";

add Item 9 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Separately in the Unified register of debtors the general list of the debtors having debt on enforcement proceedings about collection of the alimony more than three months is placed.".

2. To department concerning justice and homeland security of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik O. M.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
