According to Articles 7, of 15, 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with review of tariff policy of the National Bank of Ukraine on services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine in the field of depositary customer service of the National Bank of Ukraine and on servicing of transactions with deposit certificates of the National Bank of Ukraine, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. The paragraph of the sixth of Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333 "About approval of rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 784/8105 (with changes), to state in the following edition:
"Rates for depositary services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine, and also on services in accounting and the circulation of deposit certificates of the National Bank of Ukraine which are applied;".
