Changes which are made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. §28-5 to add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of inclusion in the agenda of the questions concerning the sphere of scientific and scientific and technical activities the representative of Scientific committee of National council of Ukraine concerning development of science and technologies can be invited to meeting of government committee.".

2. §33 to add Item 7 with paragraphs of the following content:

"During preparation of the draft of the regulatory legal act of the Cabinet of Ministers on the questions concerning the sphere of scientific and scientific and technical activities, such draft of the act without fail goes to Scientific committee of National council of Ukraine concerning development of science and technologies for conducting its examination and preparation of the corresponding recommendations.
