Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 20, 2017 No. 211 "About distribution and Rules of use of the means of target transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan on projects implementation on assistance to sustainable development and growth of the Republic of Kazakhstan performed together with international financial institutions within the framework agreements on partnership" the following changes and amendments:
the distribution of the means of target transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan on projects implementation on assistance to sustainable development and growth of the Republic of Kazakhstan performed together with international financial institutions within the framework agreements on partnership for 2017, approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this resolution;
in Rules of use of the means of target transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan on projects implementation on assistance to sustainable development and growth of the Republic of Kazakhstan performed together with international financial institutions within the framework agreements on partnership approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 5 with subitem 6-1) of the following content:
"6-1) on increase in the authorized capital of subjects of the quasi-public sector for projects implementation on borrowing of subjects of the quasi-public sector;";
add with Chapter 6-1 of the following content:
