1. Bring in Regulations on application by the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, corrective actions for the violation of the law about financial services approved by the order of Natskomfinuslug of November 20, 2012 No. 2319, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 18, 2012 for No. 2112/22424, the following changes:
In paragraph five of Item 1.2 of the Section I of the word of "the director of departments" shall be replaced with words 1) "heads of independent structural divisions or persons replacing them";
The fourteenth Item 2.4 of the Section II of the word "directors of departments" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "the heads of independent structural divisions or persons replacing them";
