According to subitem 1.13 of Item 1 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2004 "About technical regulation and standardization" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the State system of cataloguing of products and procedure for its functioning.
2. Determine that the information resource created as a result of functioning of the State system of cataloguing of products is the republican state information resource containing basic information about the products made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and imported on this territory.
3. Electronically through the single portal of electronic services of the nation-wide automated information system to provide to the state committee on standardization in case of realization in the terms of technical and organizational actions for transition to state registration of specifications and notices on change of specifications established by the legislation possibility of registration of catalog sheets of products electronically by means of the specified portal.
4. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
