About approval of Changes in the Instruction about the organization of sanatorium providing in the Public special service of transport

According to part three of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families", to Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2011 No. 446 "About approval of the Procedure for providing with sanatorium permits in sanatorium institutions of the military personnel, veterans of war, veterans of military service, law-enforcement bodies and some other categories of persons and members of their families" (with changes) for the purpose of refining of procedure for the organization of the direction of patients on sanatorium treatment in the Public special service of transport I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about the organization of sanatorium providing in the Public special service of transport approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 41, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2012 for No. 230/20543 (with changes) which are applied.

2. And technical regulation to provide to management of safety on transport:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Lavrenyuk Yu. F.
