RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About modification of the Procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 8, 2009 No. 694 and of November 11, 2009 No. 1200

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for departmental registration and removal from accounting of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled farm, road-building and meliorative vehicles, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 8, 2009 No. 694 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 51, Art. 1739; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3102; 2012, No. 95, the Art. 3849), iporyadok of implementation of wholesale and retail trade by the vehicles and their components having identification numbers, No. 1200 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 11, 2009 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 87, Art. 2939; 2010, No. 80, Art. 2826; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3102; 2015, No. 90, Art. 3043, No. 93, Art. 3169; 2016, No. 56, the Art. 1941), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in three months after day of its publication.
