3-5) joint-stock "Kazakh Research and Design Institute of Construction and Architecture" company which hundred percent of shares is in republican property following the results of 2016 - 2018 direct to dividend payout on the state block of shares 5 (five) percent from net income;";
add with Item 2-7 of the following content:
"2-7. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation the direction of part of the net income gained following the results of 2016 - 2018 which remained at the disposal of "Kazakhstan Center of Upgrade and Development of Housing and Communal Services" and "Kazakh Research and Design Institute of Construction and Architecture" joint-stock companies on completion of construction of the Demonstration center of energy-saving technologies in the city of Astana and the Center of energy efficiency in the city of Almaty.".
