For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of Council of collective security of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of October 14, 2016 "About the Center of crisis reaction of the Collective Security Treaty Organization" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine the Ministry of Defence the national authority authorized on interaction with the Center of crisis reaction of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the national authority authorized on interaction with the Center of crisis reaction of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

3. Determine that with the Center of crisis reaction of the Collective Security Treaty Organization are part of subjects of national segment of information exchange the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State boundary committee, Committee for State Security.

4. Financing of the expenses connected with ensuring work of the national authority authorized on interaction with the Center of crisis reaction of the Collective Security Treaty Organization is performed at the expense of the means allocated from the republican budget for maintenance of Armed Forces.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
