1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for production, production, conversion, storage and destruction of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2002 No. 1827 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 5, 5/11748; 2004, No. 154, 5/14852; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.08. 2012, 5/36013; 05:07. 2016, 5/42293), following amendments:

1.1. add Item 6 with part two of the following content:

"Features of the equipment of objects (the territories, rooms, buildings, constructions) intended for storage of drugs and psychotropic substances out of the places of permanent deployment of connections, military units and the organizations of Armed Forces in case of accomplishment of fighting, educational and fighting tasks by them are established by the Ministry of Defence in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.";

1.2. in Item 7:

after part one to add Item with part of the following content:

"Features of storage of drugs and psychotropic substances in Armed Forces out of the organizations of health care are determined by the Ministry of Defence.";

the second to consider part part three.

2. To the Ministry of Defence in three-months time to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
