About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. the paragraph third Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for confirmation of origin of the energy made from renewable energy resources and issue of the certificate on confirmation of the origin of energy approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2011 No. 836 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the state inventory of renewable energy resources and use of its data, Regulations on procedure for confirmation of origin of the energy made from renewable energy resources and issues of the certificate on confirmation of origin of energy and about entering of amendments into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 76, 5/34052), to state in the following edition:
"checks the project documentation approved in accordance with the established procedure on the object accepted in operation, the ecological passport of the project constituted in the form established by Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources, the acceptance act of the equipment after complex approbation;";
1.2. in the Rules of electric utility service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2011 No. 1394 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 121, 5/34630; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 31.10.2015, 5/41213):
