1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of August 13, 2008 No. 341 "About approval of form of the declaration on wholesale price for food products concerning which state regulation is entered, and the Instruction about filling and application of the declaration on wholesale price for food products concerning which state regulation is entered", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 20, 2008 for No. 767/15458;

the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of August 14, 2013 No. 967 "About questions of provision of the conclusions concerning calculations of economically reasonable planned expenses when pricing (rates) for goods, works and services concerning which state regulation of the prices (rates) is entered", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 6, 2013 for No. 1545/24077 (with changes).

2. To provide to department of industrial policy in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Nefedov M. E.
