Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, the Art. 916, No. 90, Art. 2581; 2015, No. 38, Art. 1143, No. 94, Art. 3206, No. 101, Art. 3479; 2016, No. 92, Art. 2997, No. 97, Art. 3166; 2017, No. 2, the Art. 41, No. 14, the Art. 397, No. 47, the Art. 1465, No. 83, the Art. 2543, No. 84, the Art. 2568) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117

1. In Item 1:

1) in subitem 5:

the ninth to exclude the paragraph;

add the subitem after the paragraph of the ninth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The goods, works and services connected with information and analytical and organizational support of activities of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine;".
