About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning strengthening of security guarantees of children

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About child care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 30, Art. 142; 2016, No. 10, Art. 99):

to add preamble after the word "priority" with the words "is important for ensuring national security of Ukraine, efficiency of domestic policy of the state";

third articles 4 after words "conditions for" to add the paragraph with the words "safety".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About bases of homeland security of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 39, Art. 351; 2010, No. 40, Art. 527; 2013, No. 14, Art. 89, No. 38, Art. 499; 2014, No. 10, Art. 119, No. 22, Art. 816; 2015, No. 4, Art. 13, No. 16, Art. 110; 2017, No. 30, Art. 329):

Article 1 paragraph two after the words "health cares" to add 1) with the words "child cares";

2) in Article 6:

a) the paragraph the tenth to add with words "preserving and strengthenings of institute of family";

b) after the paragraph of the tenth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Creation of conditions for full-fledged life and development of the child, its safety, wellbeing, growth in safe family environment".

With respect thereto the eleventh to consider the paragraph the paragraph the twelfth;

3) in Article 7:

a) after the paragraph of the twenty fifth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Growth of danger to life and health of the civilian population, first of all children, as a result of military operations or armed conflicts".
