About approval of the Regulations on the state electronic payment system

Regulations on the State electronic payment system

1. General provision

1. This Provision regulates procedure for functioning of the state electronic payment system (further - electronic payment system) intended for exchange of information between participants of electronic payment system about payment by physical persons and legal entities of payments for rendering the state and municipal services, other payments for benefit of republican or local budgets.

Main objective of creation of electronic payment system is improvement of quality and availability of the state and municipal services (further - services), convenience and efficiency of their payment.
