Article 1.
Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 7, the Art. 229) the following changes:
in Article 321-1:

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 10, the Art. 442) the following change:
part 2 of article 163 after the words "about crimes against bases of the constitutional system and safety of the state (article 292-299, 300-302 of the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic)" to add with the words "about crimes against justice (article 321-1, 322 of the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic)".
