Article 1. The terms used in this Law

For the purposes of this Law terms are used in the following value:

1) the technological park (technopark) - the legal entity or group of the legal entities (further - members of the technological park) acting according to cooperation agreement without creation of the legal entity and without consolidation of deposits for the purpose of creation of organizational bases of project implementation of technological parks on production implementation of the knowledge-intensive developments, high technologies and ensuring industrial release of products, competitive in the world market;
