2. To provide to management of reforming of property of Department of preparation for privatization of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
