About approval of the Procedure for determination of self-produced products of the companies with foreign investments

1. Approve the Procedure for determination of self-produced products of the companies with foreign investments it (is applied).
2. Authorize Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its regional chambers to perform certification of self-produced products.

1. This Procedure is applied to determination of self-produced products of the companies which according to the Law of Ukraine "About the mode of foreign investment" treat the companies with foreign investments (further - the companies).
2. Self-produced products products which were completely made or subjected to sufficient conversion or processing by the company with use of own or leased property are recognized.
3. To completely made company belong:
a) the useful and accompanying minerals extracted the company if it has the right to mining;
b) the vegetable products which are grown up and collected on the parcels of land belonging to the company or leased by this company;
c) the live animals who are grown up at the company and products received from animals who are property of the company;
d) hunting products;
e) the products of fish and sea crafts got or made by courts of the company, and also courts, leased (affreighted) by it;
e) the secondary raw materials and waste which are result of the production operations performed by the company;
є) products made by the company only of products specified in the Items "and" - "е" this Item.
