About introduction of amendments to article 73 of the Labor code of Ukraine of rather festive and non-working days
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in Article 73 of the Labor code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, Appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375) the following changes:
the third and fifth to state paragraphs to part one in the following edition:
"On January 7 and on December 25 - Christmas";
"On May 1 - the Labor Day";
to state paragraph two of part two in the following edition:
"On January 7 and on December 25 - Christmas".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide review and cancellation by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts contradicting this Law.
