I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for conducting verification of preferential certificates by customs authorities in case of commodity importation on customs area of Ukraine on the terms of free-trade agreements which is applied.
2. Abolish the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 04.05.2001 of N289 "About Approval of the Procedure for Conducting Verification of Certificates of Origin by Customs Authorities Which Is Imported on Customs Area of Ukraine from Lithuanian, Latvian or the Republic of Estonia on the terms of Free-trade Agreements".
3. To chiefs of regional customs, customs to bring this order to the permission of subjects of business activity and the companies performing declaring of goods based on the agreement.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Service Egorov O. B.
