About modification of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 16, 2013 No. 365

1. Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 16, 2013 No. 365 "About procedure for receipt of funds in foreign currency on current accounts of physical persons within Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 16, 2013 at No. 1592/24124 (with changes), after the paragraph of the eleventh to add with the new paragraph the twelfth the following content:
"on transfer of means for providing expenses of the worker on overseas business trips".
2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Chury A. E.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
