1. In the Order of the State Tax Administration on procedure for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting No. 13 of April 4, 2017 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 119-126, 815) to make the following changes:

- in item 1 to exclude litas from Regulations on procedure for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting (appendix to the order). "f) delivery note" and litas. "g) appendix to delivery note".

2. To head department of methodology of taxes and fees to bring this order to the attention of all structurally autonomous divisions and to provide publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

3. Use by subjects of forms of delivery note and appendices to them to complete expenditure of inventories of subjects and the State Tax Administration is allowed.

4. This order becomes effective since October 28, 2017.
