About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine of rather state support of cinematography in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Item 4 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the subitem 14 of the following content:

"14) till January 1, 2023 - the goods which are part of national cinema heritage, and goods held for use in cinema activities which are imported on customs area of Ukraine by subjects of cinematography to which according to the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of cinematography in Ukraine" the state support, by the following codes according to UKT foreign trade activities is provided: 3706, 3920 73 10th 00, 3923 40 10th 00, 8525, 8529, 9002, 9007, 9010, 9405.

The procedure and amounts of import of the specified goods are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts following from this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
