Bring in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2006 No. 890 "About establishment of procedure for determination of the amount of annual, one-time payment and payment for allocation of radio-frequency range" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 112, 5/22593; 2009, No. 248, 5/30549; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.12.2012, 5/36693) following changes and amendment:

1.1. in Item 5:

state subitem 5.4 in the following edition:

"5.4. RES of systems of cellular mobile telecommunication as value of radio frequency of radiation of bearing is accepted:

450 MHz for the standards using the range 450–470 MHz;

700 MHz for the standards using the range 694–790 MHz;

800 MHz for the standards using the range 790–862 MHz;

900 MHz for the standards using the range 925–960 MHz;

1800 MHz for the standards using the range 1805–1880 MHz;

2000 MHz for the standards using the range 1900–2170 MHz;

2600 MHz for the standards using the MHz 2483,5–2700 range;";

add Item with subitem 5.10 of the following content:

"5.10. for the UMTS and LTE standards in case base stations consist of one or more sectors and at the same time use one radio-frequency channel, calculation of payment for use of RChS is made as for single RES and for calculation the number of radio-frequency channels which the base station uses is accepted. If sectors of one base station have different values of height of suspension of antennas and (or) equivalent is isotropic emitted capacity (further – EIIM), then to calculation the maximum values of height by all sectors of the base station are accepted.";
