Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering assistance to persons who received the registration certificate of the petition for recognition by their displaced persons and to displaced persons in ensuring journey and conveyance, and also payment of the corresponding compensation to needy persons from among the specified citizens.

2. To make to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation explanations on the questions connected using the Rules approved by this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 16, 1997 of N725 "About the Procedure for Rendering Assistance to Person Who Received the Registration Certificate of the Petition for Recognition by His Displaced Person and to the Displaced Person in Ensuring Journey and Conveyance to the New Place of Stay or the Residence" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 25, the Art. 2944).

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2005.
