About modification of the Procedure for monitoring procedure and complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government

According to Article part one 8, to Item 5 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", to item 4 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine of March 23, 2017 "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning features of financial control of separate categories of officials" the National agency according to the prevention of corruption solved No. 1975-VIII:

1. Bring in the Procedure for monitoring procedure and complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government, No. approved by the decision of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of February 10, 2017 56, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 13, 2017 for No. 201/30069, the following changes:

item 4 of the Section II after words "the legal entity of the public law," to add with words "to the supreme body of management of the relevant public association, other not entrepreneurial society,", after the words "in which works" to add with words "(performs activities)";

2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of financial control and monitoring of conduct of life this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the Chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption Korchak N. N.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
