About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About general conscription of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, about military and alternative services"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About general conscription of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, about military and alternative services" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 116) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

c) in the paragraph the twelfth to exclude the words "internal troops of the authorized state body knowing questions of internal affairs;";

d) add Article with the paragraph the nineteenth the following content:

"the job specification at the call of on compulsory military service - the number of the recruits who are subject to appeal on compulsory military service, determined according to need of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service;";

e) add Article with the paragraph the twentieth the following content:

"socially useful work - accomplishment by the employee of alternative service in time of free work, free from the main work or study, for benefit of society and the state which type is determined by executive bodies of local self-government in coordination with local authorities of military management;";
